"I believe that Gainesville Coins is running a scam.
I placed my order October 26, 2022 today is November 24, 2022, I have not yet received my order. I am totally dissatisfied . I believe they are thief's.
They do not answer the phone either on new orders line or calling about existing order line.
Keep your product and refund my purchase."

"Bought a "deal" that you had to put in the cart to see that actual discount. Tried to do a wire transfer to pay for it. My bank wouldn't send the money to them due to "customer compaints". They were closed so I sent a email to cancel. Of course they sent a email back that went to spam that said all cancellations would need to be called in. Didn't see it for a few days. Called them right away after finding this as I was cleaning out my emails. Tried to explain why the cancellation was not my fault..."

"I had monies invested in metals w/ Kitco for almost exactly a decade. After making my initial purchases (and leaving them in the care of Kitco), I had almost nothing to do with Kitco for the remainder of that decade. When, however, I went to convert the metals back into currency and have the resultant check sent to me, it was a MOST unpleasant experience. For starters, the Customer Service Rep (CSR) with whom I was speaking became noticeably unhappy about me closing out my account. "I have never been lied to and stolen from by any company in my life besides Apmex!! Two consecutive orders, on one I ordered a Washington quarter that was rated ms66. When I bought it the picture shown the quarter was slabbed backwards and beautifully toned. The next day when I got my receipt I was excited and I clicked on the coin that I purchased and noticed that it had been relisted for $240 more? Of course when my order arrived there was a regular Washington quarter, not the one pictured! I contacted their corrupt and snotty return Department..."

"Ordered a coin bezel and a coin to go with it. Coin bezel arrives first, poorly made (the jump ring was soldered on crooked) and the bail too small for my chain. To get a bail that would fit would be an additional $200, which I am not able to do. I initiate a return on the bezel and cancel the coin order. Even though the coin had not shipped, and the price of gold went UP since my purchase, I was deducted a "Market Loss" penalty of $35. Who knows what they will try and pull with..."

"Never buy from Swiss America. I lost to their selling me numismatic coins at a great spread even as I insisted I only wanted to protect my retirement, not make money on it. I trusted "home boy" Pat Boone believing him to be an honest Christian. Swiss America broker Thomas Schultz did the dirty deed back in 2012.
